4. Falla en el circuito del helicóptero
(1) Análisis de fallas: La falla del circuito del interruptor es causada fácilmente por sobretensión, sobrecorriente o daño del circuito cuando el motor está en funcionamiento, y el equipo de enfriamiento de la locomotora eléctrica no funciona también causará un circuito anormal. El polvo de la mina de carbón en la placa de circuito provocará un cortocircuito.

(2) Medidas de tratamiento: la sobrecarga de la motocicleta puede causar fácilmente una sobrecorriente del motor, y el freno no liberado por completo también puede causar una sobrecorriente del motor. Pruebe regularmente el voltaje de la unidad IGBT de la placa de circuito; si no encuentra voltaje, verifique de inmediato si el tablero de enchufe del ajustador y el microinterruptor están sueltos o si el cable está roto y si la salida de voltaje del ajustador es anormal. Revise exhaustivamente los cables, placas enchufables y alambres pequeños del colocador y reemplace todos los accesorios rotos o fracturados. Haga que alguien limpie el polvo de la placa de circuito con regularidad y reemplace el ventilador que deja de girar a tiempo.

4. Chopper circuit failure 
(1) Failure analysis: Chopper circuit failure is easily caused by over-voltage, over-current, or circuit damage when the motor is in operation, and the cooling equipment of the electric locomotive does not work will also cause an abnormal circuit. Coal mine dust on the circuit board will cause the short-circuited.
(2) Treatment measures: overloading of the motorcycle can easily cause motor overcurrent, and the brake is not fully released can also cause motor overcurrent. Regularly test the voltage of the circuit board IGBT unit, if no voltage is found, promptly check whether the plug board of the setter and micro switch is loose or the cable is broken, and whether the voltage output of the setter is abnormal. Comprehensively check the cables, plug-in boards, and small wires of the setter and replace all broken or fractured accessories. Arrange someone to clean the dust on the circuit board regularly and replace the fan that stops rotating in time.
